Plant Hire Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions of Hire.
Please read the following terms and conditions. You will be asked to sign a copy upon delivery.
  • The plants and associated materials hired remain the property of Urban Jungle at all times. They must remain at the location delivered.
  • The plants and associated materials must be available for collection at the time specified. We will charge for extra hire time and/or waiting time.
  • All plants and associated materials will be cared for by the hirer and must be returned in the same condition as supplied. In the event of the loss of the plants and associated materials, the hirer will be charged for the cost of the plants and associated materials at retail rate. A charge will be made to cover remedial work for damaged plants.
  • The plants and associated materials may need to be watered if hired over a period of time. We will give care guidance which must be strictly adhered to.
  • We or our agents reserve the right to gain access at any reasonable time to inspect and reclaim the plants and associated materials if necessary.
  • The hirer will indemnify Urban Jungle against claims by any person against loss or injury caused by or in connection with the hired goods.
