A beautiful and rarely offered deciduous tree with leaves that unfurl in mid to late April, a vivid shrimp pink on red leaf stalks, becoming yellow before turning lime green in mid summer and orange tinted in autumn. The tree has a conical habit and in mid summer produces yellow flushed red flower panicles. Rather slow growing making it a suitable and extremely choice specimen for smaller gardens.
Grow in fertile, moist but well-drained soil in sun/part shade.
Eventual mature plant size : Height 6 to 10m Spread 5 to 8m
