Opening Times

We’re open every day, apart from Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Contact Urban Jungle with the below details.

Nurseries from 10am to 4pm.

Cafés are open from 10.30am to 3.30pm. Nurseries from 10am to 5pm. Drinks, cakes served throughout the day from 11am until 4:30pm.

We are currently not taking bookings at our Costessey site or Beccles site as it is walk in service only.

Useful Information

DOGS – Well behaved dogs on leads are allowed in the Nursery and Cafe seating areas. View the house rules here.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS – Both Norfolk and Suffolk carparks and Nurseries are gravelled, meaning that although wheelchair access is possible, assistance may be required. Some areas of the Norfolk Cafe are currently restricted to wheelchair users. Suffolk has disabled toilet facilities, however currently Norfolk does not.
