Originating from Australia, Tasmania
A slender, column-forming, wiry climber, with narrow, pointed leaves. It produces a pretty show of green/white, bell-shaped flowers in mid-summer but it is in autumn, when the metallic purple/blue fruits have formed that it is at its most spectacular. Lovely against a wall or climbing the trunk of a tree, but petite enough to be grown as a climber in a small conservatory.
Grow in moist but well-drained, neutral to acid soil in sun/part shade.
