Sparkling silver/grey plumes with a hint of purple, turning golden in autumn on upright, slightly arching, swaying clumps of grey/green foliage. It doesn't fall to bits but holds its shape well in winter giving winter interest. Plant where it can be backlit by late afternoon/evening sun, when the flowers will appear iridescent.
Grow in moist but well-drained soil in sun/part shade.
