Originating from Central and South America

An old variety producing long arching stems and small, pendulous, single cerise and deep purple flowers produced in profusion over a long period through summer and autumn. A vigorous plant, its stems reach 2-3m in a season but although this is called The Climbing Fuchsia, it does need to be trained against a wall or trellis.
Grow in fertile, moist but well-drained soil in sun/shade.

Height 2 to 3m
