Description

Family Crassulaceae
Originating from La Gomera, Canary Isles.

Smart, compact rosettes of pointed silver green foliage are produced on a freely branching low growing shrub, forming a mound of succulent evergreen foliage that looks great spilling over pots or planted out for summer in rockeries, if lifted and returned to a frost free conservatory for winter. If grown in full sun the leaves develop pink hues around their margins and spikes of white/green flowers are produced in summer. A perfect addition to coastal, Mediterranean and gravel gardens and of course for conservatories and greenhouses. Easy to grow in free draining compost in full sun.

Height and spread after 5 – 10 years 50cm x 50cm.
