Family Crassulacea
Originating from Canary Islands
Enormous, dinner plate size, near black rosettes of fleshy leaves on stems that can grow to 120cm tall. Not quite as deep black in colour as its parent Aeonium ‘Zwartkop’ but the rosettes grow much larger. Colour intensifies in sun.
Grow in sharply drained compost in full sun. Very little water in summer. Virtually none in winter. Enjoys spending the summer months outdoors.
