Originating from S USA to Mexico

A symmetrical rosette with a compact form, light grey to bluish-green leaves and freely produces offsets. With good drainage and protection from wet it might be capable of surviving severe freezes and heavy snow with temperatures down to an extraordinary -20?C and probably as low as -25?C.
Grow in sharply-drained soil in sun. Protect from winter wet.
