An easy to grow, hardy, bushy perennial with dark green, lance-shaped leaves and dark buds, opening to sky blue flowers from May to July. The foliage fades gracefully to yellow in autumn. A tough plant that will cope well in most conditions, including heavy clay.
Grow in moist but well-drained soil in sun/part shade.
