Slowly grows a thick scarred trunk from which come 4-angled green leaves, each with a slightly withered tip. An extremely handsome architectural plant which in time forms a stout trunk.
Grow in well-drained soil in full sun. Ideal for coastal garden – salt and wind tolerant. In extremely cold winters plants may need protection.
