Icy, intense blue canopies of spiky, frosted blooms buzz with all kinds of pollinators. Upright branching stems bear many flowers, held well above its compact mounds of herbaceous, finely divided leaves that have striking white makings. Spiny bracts surround a cone shaped umbel of flowers that mature from silver, to a blue that is so intense it appears as though it is plugged into the mains electricity. This fantastic variety provides a display lasting all summer and into autumn.. Easy to grow in full sun in well drained soil.
