Luxuriantly billowing, soft and abundant, delicately feather-shaped foliage forms an exquisitely dense and soft large shrub or small tree. Small panicles of pollinator-attracting, intensely fragrant white flowers are borne in spring. Its branches grow in a zigzag pattern bearing the fern-like feather-shaped leaves, with strikingly organised leaflets borne in alternate ranks on its bipinnate stems, giving the plant an effervescent crown of healthy mid green foliage, upright at first, broadening with age, perfect for pruning into a standard or multi stemmed canopy. Easy to grow in any soil in full sun.
