A King Kong of the plant world with huge ribbed leaves that will reach 2m long. Give this plant plenty of room in soil that is permanently moist and in time you will be rewarded with a magnificent eye-catching specimen.
In winter in frost-prone areas protect the crowns by bending the leaves over the crown and covering with a dry mulch of straw or bracken.
