Light up winter with this evergreen perennial’s nodding, lime-green flowers, purple-edged, blooming in loose clusters from January to April. Its dark, divided leaves add bold structure. Bees love its nectar-rich blooms. Grow in moist, humus-rich, neutral to alkaline soil, partial shade or full sun. Mulch annually; shelter from cold winds. A striking woodland gem that defies the chill.
