Originating from Japan
Another huge, bold Hosta producing a mound of big, powder-blue/green, puckered leaves of great substance and texture. Each leaf can easily reach 30cm in good growing conditions.
Lavender/near white flowers on 120cm stalks are produced in summer. Like many giant Hostas it can be slow to establish but will ultimately take up a lot of space so plan ahead.
Grow in fertile moist but well-drained soil in shade/part shade.
