Garden origin

A deciduous with an upright habit and ovate green leaves. Large, densely packed conical flower heads are produced from mid summer into early autumn, with lime green buds opening to white flowers that are tinted pale pink by the end of the season.
Grow in moist but well-drained, humus rich soil, in sun or part-day shade. Mulch in spring, and provide shelter from cold, drying winds.
