Originating from New Zealand
An upright evergreen shrub with stunningly variegated green and gold leaves.
These petite leaves on wiry, zigzagging, black stems are produced in an effervescent froth and are a wonderful contrast to plants with bolder, dark green foliage. Small, insignificant looking dark purple flowers are borne in summer with a fragrance of honey that waft their scent in the evenings.
‘Tandara Gold’, is an excellent choice for topiary.
Grow in moist but well-drained soil in sun or part shade.
