The iconic and legendary olive makes a massive statement when planted as a mature specimen, commanding attention in courtyard and contemporary settings. ‘Hojiblanca’ is a vigorous variety with long arching branches and leaves with silver/white undersides, its crown of evergreen foliage can be trimmed to any shape or size or left to grow naturally, forming an open and airy billowing crown. Olive trees survived the severe winters of 2009 – 2010, dropping only some leaves and regenerating fully the following spring. Grow in full sun in any soil type. Drought tolerant when established.
