Abundant and luxurious, the elusive colour of this species flower appears to be both pastel and intensely translucent; the elegant blooms are a brilliant bluish white yet have electric blue hues. They form a beautiful carpet of blooms held on delicate looking stems over the mounds of compact evergreen foliage. Dazzling in midday sun, glowing in mellow morning or evening light. Possibly the hardiest osteospermum, it is adaptable to any garden style and in pots, making the perfect ground cover in Mediterranean gardens. from spring to autumn. Undemanding if grown in free draining poor soil in full sun.
