An incredibly glossy cultivar of this handsome and valuable evergreen ground-covering perennial. The finely toothed, glossy, dark green leaves grow up to 10cm long, eventually forming a compact, weed-suppressing carpet that looks attractive all year round, whatever the weather. In spring it produces clusters of tiny, scented cream, flowering spikes. Perfect for covering bare soil between trees and shrubs and even under trees where the shiny leaf surfaces of this cultivar help it stand out in the shade cast in woodland situations.
Grow in full or part shade in moist but well-drained soil.
