The outstandingly compact and architectural mounds of cheerfully bright green and yellow variegated foliage are hard to beat. A great alternative to box, which is susceptible to disease, it has a brighter more glossy leaf and is just as receptive to clipping, however it naturally forms a dense mound shape if not trimmed. If not clipped, its soft organic mound shapes will also bear tiny black/dusky purple flowers, their honey-like scent can be enjoyed wafting some distance from the plant.
Easy to grow in any soil type in full sun or part shade and in pots.
