Originating from northern continents of the world
A bushy little shrub with fine green foliage, producing a non-stop mass of bright red flowers from late spring to autumn. Great for injecting some colour into a Mediterranean bed, or plant on mass to form a low hedge.
Easy to grow but if you can find a spot with some afternoon shade, the flowers will last much longer. In full sun they tend to fade to orange.
Grow in moist but well-drained soil in sun/part shade
